Tom Hemphill is the founder and president of Hemphill & Associates, Architects/Builders, located in Falls Church, Virginia. Tom has over twenty-five years of experience in remodeling. His award-winning remodeling firm has become well-known in the Washington, D.C. suburbs since its start in 1992. Tom began Second Story Solutions in 1995 as a subsidiary of the remodeling firm.. Inspired by prefabricated modules made to construct new homes, Tom has applied the cost and comfort benefits to remodeling. Second Story Solutions has completed over 20 modular additions.
